Why do I need to complete this form?
APSU wants to ensure that every group has the best experience possible while on campus. This website allows us to maintain your information in one central location. When you make a change to your housing or meal numbers that information is instantly available to those respective departments.
How far in advance do I need to complete this form?
The earlier the better, currently the website has dates for 3 years out. If you know your dates for the future, request them now.
Can I change my information at anytime?
You can make changes to your account until 10 days before your arrival date. All your changes should be complete by that time. After that date, you will need to email us any minor changes.
What happens after I complete this form?
A member of the University Center Facilities staff will contact you to verify information and set up a time to discuss in more detail.
What if I do not know all the information at this point?
Complete as much of the form as you can, we can work together to complete any blanks.
Does putting in a request 3 years out guarantee me a spot?
No, there are several campus wide summer programs that must be scheduled first (i.e., summer welcomes). Once those are scheduled, we can begin to confirm your camp request.
